Almost all of our shoes have customization option including personalized text on the tongues. To include customization you will need to enter your desired text in the personalization box on the listing's page before checkout.

Since our shoes are custom made to order, it can take up to 5 business days before your shoes are ready to be shipped.

Yes, we include free global shipping options with every order!

Once an order ships it will take approximately 6-10 business days to deliver based on location.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping provider. You can also login to your account to access all of your order information.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apply Pay, Meta Pay & and Venmo.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details.

Yes, you can view the size and conversion chart by clicking here, one is also available on each individual product page.

You can cancel an order if needed, as long you do so within 12 hours of completing your purchase. In order to request a cancellation, please contact us at email@countryflagshoes.com within that time period or use our contact form.
