1. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders from our facility typically ship in about 5 business days.

Shipping is always free!

3. How long does shipping take?

Once your order has shipped, package transit time will take between 7-15 business days.  If your order has not arrived within the times stated above, please contact customer service here.

You can keep track of your order at any time by visiting your account dashboard, or following the link provided in your shipment confirmation email.

4. Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order has left our facility and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

5. How can I make changes to my order.

6. Order cancellation.

8. Didn’t Receive Confirmation Email.

When an order is placed we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.  If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:

Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
