SHIPPING POLICY

Production time

All our shoes are made to order, which means that they will go into production after your order has been processed. Production will take approximately 5 business days after payment has been received and your order is processed.

Shipping time

Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-15 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

All our shipments include tracking information and updates. Please feel free to follow the tracking link in your shipment confirmation message to check your delivery status, through your account page, or our order tracking page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free for our customers.

Re-shipments

• In the case that your package was lost in transit we will arrange for a re-shipment of your original order at no additional cost.
• If you have provided us with an address that is undeliverable due to insufficient delivery information, i.e., a missing apartment number, the shipping carrier will reach out to you requesting more information.  If they are unable to contact you, the parcel will be returned to us & we can arrange for re-shipment once received.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Will VAT taxes be charged?

We take care of all VAT taxes for you, so there will be no extra charges upon delivery.
