• Shoes received are damaged.
• There are visible defects in the print or shoe construction.
• Shoes are the wrong size, color, design, or style compared to what was ordered.

Return Request Process

If your order meets one of the above criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Submit a Return Request: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods. After this period, your right to return is forfeited.
